WR-Games gives you a native play log that works whether you are recording a game you just finished at an event or catching up on a session from last weekend. Your play history lives on your profile, and when you tag other players in a play, everyone gets a shared social record of the session — no third-party app required.

Logging a Play

1

Open the Play Log

Go to your profile or the main hub and select Plays, then click Log a Play.
2

Find the Game

Search for the game title. WR-Games looks up the game in its verified catalog so all your plays are linked to the correct entry.
3

Set the Date

Choose the date the session took place. You can log plays retroactively, so there is no need to record in real time.
4

Add Players, Scores, and Expansions

Search for WR-Games friends to tag them as co-players, or type in a guest name for anyone not on the platform. Optionally record each player’s score and note which expansions were in use.
5

Save the Play

Click Save. The play is added to your personal play history immediately.

Personal History vs. Shared Plays

Every play you log lands in your personal play history — a record that belongs to you and follows your profile. When you tag other WR-Games users as co-players, the play also becomes a shared social record visible to all tagged participants. Being tagged in someone else’s play does not automatically add it to your personal history. You will see a notification, and you can choose to Copy to My History if you want it counted in your stats. This keeps your personal record clean and under your control.
Only you can add plays to your personal history. A tag from another player is an invitation, not an automatic entry.

Importing from BG Stats

If you have been logging plays in BG Stats, you can bring your entire history across to WR-Games without re-entering anything manually.
1

Open the Import Wizard

Go to Settings → Integrations → BG Stats Import.
2

Export Your Backup File

In the BG Stats app on your phone, export a backup file (BG Stats calls this a “backup” or “export” from its Settings screen). This produces a .json file.
3

Upload the File

Back on WR-Games, upload the .json backup file. WR-Games reads the file and queues it for processing.
4

Work Through the Four-Step Wizard

The wizard walks you through four screens in order:
  • Players — Match the player names from your BG Stats data to your WR-Games friends. Names that do not match become guest entries.
  • Locations — Match your BG Stats location names to WR-Games venues, or mark them as custom locations.
  • Conflicts — Review any plays that overlap with existing entries so you can decide whether to merge or skip them.
  • Review — See a summary of everything that will be imported before you commit.
5

Commit the Import

Click Import on the Review screen. Your plays are added to your personal history.
Re-importing the same BG Stats backup file is safe. WR-Games detects plays it has already seen and skips them, so you will not end up with duplicates if you run the import more than once.

Play Privacy

Your play history is visible on your public profile by default. If you prefer to keep it private, go to Settings → Privacy and turn off Show play history on profile. Your plays remain intact — they are simply hidden from anyone viewing your profile.
