Private
Appears in the group directory, but only members can view events and content. Non-members see the group name and description only.
Hidden
Does not appear in the directory or search results. New members can only join via a private invite link. Requires a Pro plan.

Membership Roles
Every group member holds one of three roles that determine what they can see and do within the group. For a full breakdown of permissions, see the Roles page.- Member — can RSVP to events, view group content, and interact with other members.
- Co-host — can create and manage events, approve join requests, and assist with day-to-day group operations.
- Organizer — full control over the group, including settings, billing, member roles, and group deletion.
Finding and Joining a Group
Browse the directory
Head to the Groups tab to explore public and private groups in your area. Use filters to narrow by location, game type, or group size.
Request to join or join directly
Public groups may allow instant joining or require organizer approval. Private groups always require approval. For hidden groups, you need an invite link from a current member.
Group Limits by Plan
The number of groups you can create (and the types available to you) depends on your WR-Games plan.| Plan | Groups You Can Create | Hidden Groups |

| Standard | Multiple | ❌ |
| Pro | Multiple | ✅ |

Every account on the Free plan includes one group at no cost. You can create and run a public or private group, host events, and manage members without upgrading.
