Frequently Asked Questions

Yes. The Free plan is fully functional for players and casual organizers. You can join groups, RSVP to events, participate in forums and chats, sync your BGG collection, and even host unlimited Game Sessions — all without spending anything. The Free plan never expires.
No. Game Sessions are always free on every plan and never require a paid subscription or event credits. If you want to host a Custom Event or Open Game Night outside of a group, you’ll use event credits ($2 each) — but you receive one free credit per month automatically. Paid plans unlock unlimited group-hosted events and remove the 3-event monthly cap that applies to groups on the Free plan.
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from Settings → Billing. Upgrades take effect immediately. When you downgrade, you keep your current plan’s features until the end of your billing period, at which point your account moves to the new plan.
