You can review and change your WR-Games subscription at any time without contacting support. Whether you want to unlock more features, scale back, or simply check a past invoice, everything you need is a few clicks away in your account settings. This page walks you through each common billing task.

Finding Your Billing Settings

Go to Settings → Billing (also accessible via Account → Subscription in the top-right menu). From there you can see your current plan, next renewal date, credit balance, and billing history.

Upgrading Your Plan

Open Settings → Billing

Select your current plan tile or click the Upgrade button.

Choose a plan and billing cycle

Pick Standard or Pro, then choose monthly or annual billing. Annual billing saves you 20% — Standard is 8/month(8/month (96/year) and Pro is 16/month(16/month (192/year).

Complete checkout

You’ll be taken to a secure checkout page to confirm payment. Your upgrade takes effect immediately once the payment is processed.

Downgrading Your Plan

To move to a lower tier, go to Settings → Billing and select the plan you’d like to switch to. Your current plan remains active until the end of your billing period — you won’t lose access to your current features mid-cycle. At renewal, your account moves to the new plan.
Check your usage before you downgrade. If your current setup exceeds the limits of the lower plan, some features will become restricted at the end of your billing period. For example, the Free plan allows only 1 group — if you have 3 groups on Standard and downgrade to Free, you’ll need to consolidate to 1 group before the transition to avoid losing access to the additional groups’ content and settings. Review your groups, roles, and any active features ahead of time.

Cancelling Your Subscription

You can cancel at any time from Settings → Billing by selecting Cancel Plan. Cancellation does not cut off access immediately — your paid plan stays active through the end of your current billing period. After that, your account reverts to the Free plan automatically. You won’t be charged again unless you re-subscribe.

Annual vs. Monthly Billing

You can switch between monthly and annual billing from Settings → Billing. Switching to annual applies at your next renewal date; switching from annual to monthly takes effect when your current annual term ends.
If you’re sure you’ll use WR-Games year-round, annual billing is the easiest way to save — two months free compared to paying month to month.

Viewing Invoices and Receipts

All invoices and receipts are available through the Stripe Customer Portal, linked from Settings → Billing → Billing History. From the portal you can:
  • Download PDF invoices for any past payment
  • View upcoming charge dates and amounts
  • Update your payment method or billing address
WR-Games billing is handled securely by Stripe, a globally trusted payment processor. WR-Games never stores your full card details — all payment information is managed directly by Stripe.
