Finding Your Subscription Settings
Open Settings from the menu in the top right, then choose the Subscription tab. The Your Plan card shows which plan you’re on, what it costs, and what it includes. On an active paid plan you’ll also see:- Next charge: the amount and the date
- Billing: Monthly or Annual
- Status: active, past due, and so on
Starting or Upgrading a Plan
This is the one billing action that happens inside WR-Games.1
Open the Subscription tab
Settings → Subscription, then find the Ready to level up? card.
2
Compare the plans
The two columns show your current plan next to the one above it. They’re there to compare. The buttons underneath are what you click.
3
Pick monthly or annual
Upgrade to Standard (monthly) or Annual (save 20%). Pro works the same way.
4
Pay through Stripe
You’ll land on a secure Stripe checkout page. Once Stripe confirms the payment, your new plan appears on the Subscription tab.
Annual vs. Monthly Billing
Annual plans are billed once a year at 20% off the monthly rate.
If you’re already on an active monthly plan, the Subscription tab shows a Switch to annual billing and save 20% callout with a button carrying your exact total: Switch to Annual — $96/year on Standard, Switch to Annual — $192/year on Pro.
That button opens the Stripe billing portal straight to the plan-change screen. Once Stripe confirms the change, your plan and billing cycle update on the Subscription tab.
Everything Else Happens in Stripe
Once you’re subscribed, use Manage subscription on the Subscription tab, or the Stripe billing portal link next to Cancel or change plans in the Stripe billing portal. Either one opens the portal, where you can:- Move to a different plan
- Cancel your subscription
- Download a PDF invoice for any past payment
- See upcoming charge dates and amounts
- Update your payment method or billing address
There’s no invoice list on the Subscription tab. Receipts and invoices are in the portal.
If You Move to a Lower Plan
Your groups don’t disappear, and you don’t need to dismantle anything before you switch. Groups you already organize keep working past the limit. What changes is that you can’t create another one until you’re back at or below your new plan’s cap.
The cap counts groups where you’re the organizer. Stepping down as organizer of a group frees up a slot.
Cancelling works differently, and it can delete hidden groups. See What Happens When You Cancel before you do.
Billing is handled by Stripe. WR-Games never stores your full card details.
