Support request
For any question or account issue. Opens a case in your inbox, and replies come back to the same thread.
Bug reporter
For something visibly broken. Also opens a case, and records the page you were on when you hit the problem.
Contact form
For when you don’t have an account. Replies come by email, so nothing appears on WR-Games.
How to send one
- Support request
- Bug reporter
- Contact form
Use this for anything at all: a question, a billing problem, something about your account or a group you’re in. You need to be signed in.What to include. What you were trying to do, what happened instead, and the name or link of the group or event if it’s about one. You don’t need to give us your name or email. The case is already tied to your account.
1
Open your inbox
Go to Messages and select the Inbox tab.
2
Start a request
Click New support request in the toolbar above your message list.
3
Describe it
Give it a short title and fill in the details. There’s no category to pick. Tell us what’s going on in your own words.
Following your case
Support requests and bug reports both open a case in your inbox, with a case number (something likeCASE-10842) at the top of the thread. That number is worth quoting if you need to refer back to it.
Each case shows a status:
You’ll get a notification and an email whenever we reply, so you don’t need to keep checking.
You can reply in the thread while a case is open. Once it moves to Closed or Dismissed, the reply box is replaced with “This case is closed.” That’s expected, not a bug: if the problem comes back, open a new request and mention the old case number.
Response times
Expect a reply within a few business days for most questions. There’s no phone line and no live chat. The three options above are the way in.Related articles
