# Predictive Attendance: Know Who's Showing Up

> Get smart estimates of who will actually attend your event, based on each member's Trust Score and historical attendance behavior.

Predictive Attendance gives you a data-driven look at how many people are likely to walk through the door on game night. Instead of treating every RSVP as a guaranteed seat, WR-Games analyzes each attendee's past behavior and Trust Score to surface a confidence estimate — so you can plan with realistic numbers rather than optimistic ones.

## What Predictive Attendance Shows

On your event's attendee list (host view), each RSVP'd member displays a predicted show-up confidence percentage alongside their name. The percentage is color-coded so you can assess your list at a glance:

* 🟢 **Green** — High confidence the member will attend
* 🟡 **Amber** — Moderate confidence; this person has a mixed history
* 🔴 **Red** — Low confidence; this member has a pattern of not showing up

The percentages roll up into an overall expected headcount shown at the top of the attendee list, giving you a single number to plan around.

## How Predictions Are Calculated

WR-Games calculates each attendee's confidence score using their personal attendance history — how often they've followed through on past RSVPs — combined with their Trust Score. WR-Games does not expose the exact formula, but the more events a member has attended relative to their RSVPs, the higher their predicted confidence will be.

<Note>
  Predictions are estimates based on past behavior. New members with no attendance history start with a neutral score until they build a track record on the platform.
</Note>

## Where to Find It

Predictive Attendance is visible on the **event attendee list** in the host view. Open any of your events, navigate to the **Attendees** tab, and switch to the host view to see the confidence indicators next to each name.

Predictive Attendance is available on **all plans**, including Free.

## How to Use It

Once you can see predicted attendance, you can make smarter decisions before your event:

  <Card title="Plan Your Tables" icon="table">
    Set up the right number of tables and chairs based on expected arrivals rather than your raw RSVP count.
  </Card>

  <Card title="Order the Right Amount" icon="utensils">
    Avoid over-ordering food or game snacks by planning for your realistic headcount instead of peak sign-ups.
  </Card>

  <Card title="Manage Your Waitlist" icon="list-check">
    If your confidence estimates leave you well under capacity, consider opening additional spots from your waitlist to fill the room.

<Tip>
  Combine Predictive Attendance with Roll Call for the best pre-event picture — attendance predictions give you a forecast, while Roll Call confirms who has actually arrived in real time.
