# Trust Score and Reputation on WR-Games

> Understand how Trust Score measures your reliability and how Reputation points and dice badge levels reflect your contributions to the WR-Games community.

WR-Games is built on showing up — and your profile reflects that. Two systems track how you engage with the community: your **Trust Score**, which measures attendance reliability, and your **Reputation**, which captures the breadth of your contributions over time. Together they give other members and organizers a quick, honest read of who you are on the platform.

## Trust Score

Your Trust Score is a reliability rating on a **0–5 scale** calculated from your attendance history. Every time you RSVP as Going and then actually show up, your score improves. Every time you RSVP and don't appear — a no-show — your score takes a hit.

The calculation is straightforward: your score reflects the ratio of events you attended versus events where you were marked absent after confirming attendance.

  Your Trust Score only moves in two directions — **up** when you attend events you committed to, and **down** when you no-show. Cancelling your RSVP before the event does not penalize your score.

### Why Trust Score Matters

Organizers can view the Trust Score of any member before approving a join request, assigning a leadership role, or letting someone lead a table at an event. A strong Trust Score signals that you're dependable — the kind of player people want to hold a seat for.

  The easiest way to protect your Trust Score is to respond to **Roll Call** four hours before an event. If something comes up and you can't make it, cancel your RSVP as early as possible so your spot can go to someone on the waitlist.

  Repeated no-shows can significantly lower your Trust Score and may affect your ability to RSVP for events in groups that have minimum score requirements.

## Reputation (RP)

Reputation points (RP) reflect your overall engagement with the WR-Games community. Unlike Trust Score — which is purely about showing up — Reputation captures the many ways you contribute.

You earn RP from:

* **Attending events** — every event you attend adds to your RP total.
* **Hosting events** — running a session for others earns a bonus on top of attendance.
* **Giving kudos** — recognizing others for a great time contributes to your own RP.
* **Receiving kudos** — when fellow players recognize your contribution, you earn RP too.

### Reputation Levels and Dice Badges

As your RP grows, you advance through Reputation levels. Each level is represented by a **dice badge icon** displayed on your public profile, giving the community an at-a-glance sense of how active and engaged you are.

## Kudos

After an event ends, attendees can give each other **kudos** — small recognition badges that call out things like great hosting, teaching a game patiently, or being a fantastic opponent. Kudos are a lightweight, friendly way to say "you made this session great."

  After an event moves to **Past** status, open the event page and find the attendee list. Select any attendee and choose from the available kudos badges. You can give kudos to multiple people from the same event, but only once per person per event.

  No. Kudos contribute to your **Reputation (RP)** but have no effect on your Trust Score. Trust Score is based solely on attendance behavior.

## Privacy Settings

You control whether your Trust Score and Reputation are visible on your public profile.

To hide either metric, go to **Settings → Privacy** and toggle off the relevant option. Other members — including organizers — will no longer see the values on your public profile.

  Even if you hide your Trust Score publicly, organizers of groups you apply to or belong to may still be able to view it depending on the group's settings. Hiding your score does not reset or change the underlying value.
